Scope of Work:  After reviewing your floor plans, or photos of your home, we create a Scope of Work. This is a master list showing all the items needed to be selected for a new home. We review this list with you to ensure it's inclusive.

  • Paint & trim colours
  • Cabinet style & colour
  • Countertops
  • Backsplash Tile
  • Hardware
  • Door selections
  • Lighting throughout the home
  • Bathtub & faucets
  • Sinks & faucets
  • Shower tile & grout
  • Fireplace mantels & surrounds
  • Window frame colours
  • Exterior rock, roof, body colours if needed

​Often called Vision boards, or Design Concept boards.
These show each item selected, and how they relate to each other.
2 Revisions for each item selected are available, if needed.

​One room design is ready in 1 week, after 75% deposit received.
​New builds are ready with 4-6 weeks.

Space Planning: We use your floor plans to insert accurately scaled furniture in the plan, to show how all the items fit within the home. It's also essential to see if a furniture item fits through doors, or up the stairwell.

This way you can see if you need to move a wall or add a window or fireplace.
